Vi Vo earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. As the Lead BCBA at Gracent Pediatric Therapy's Wheaton location, Vi oversees clinical programming, provides mentorship and supervision to behavior technicians and clinicians, ensures the delivery of high-quality ABA services, collaborates with families, and supports the professional development of her team.
Throughout her career as a BCBA, Vi has believed that meaningful progress is achieved through a holistic and collaborative approach. She values working alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, social workers, psychologists, and families to create comprehensive treatment plans that support each child's unique needs. Her therapeutic style is highly play-based, focusing on teaching meaningful skills through engaging, child-led interactions that foster learning, confidence, and independence.
Outside of work, Vi enjoys camping, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and relaxing with a good TV show marathon.
