Background and approach

Michelle Oblazny earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tampa and is currently pursuing her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. As the ACC at Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, Michelle supports behavior technicians, collaborates with BCBAs to keep programs running smoothly, and helps clients build meaningful skills in fun, engaging ways.

For Michelle, nothing beats the moment a child masters a new skill—it’s what makes every day worth it! She loves watching her clients grow and forming genuine connections with the families she works with. Michelle‘s passion for ABA can be traced back to her first hands-on experience as an RBT during her senior year of her undergraduate studies.

When Michelle isn’t juggling schedules or cheering on her clients, she’s probably binge-watching the same three comfort shows for the hundredth time, experimenting with new baking recipes, or spending quality time with friends and family.

Our commitment to you and your child:

‍For our clients, treatment hours are determined on an individualized basis, without predefined blocks.
Our BCBAs weigh the priorities of the family, the availability of the child given other therapeutic services they may be receiving, and the level of support needed to facilitate the best outcomes.
All of our treatment plans have terminal goals that are reported every 6 months and discussed every 3 months directly with the family, to ensure we are always moving towards fading the level of support needed and increasing daily independence.
