Most children in Sienna are zoned to Fort Bend ISD, and in Texas developmental services pass from ECI to the school district at age 3. Our Missouri City center helps families through that handover, and can start ABA, speech or occupational therapy before it is settled.

Great ABA is playful, connected and shaped by your child's voice. Our clinicians collaborate across disciplines and tailor every goal to your child's strengths, so sessions feel engaging rather than drilled. Children from Sienna are seen at our Missouri City center.

Our speech-language pathologists support children at every stage of communication, from first words to clearer speech, stronger understanding, and more confident expression.
We focus on skills that show up in real life — asking for help, joining conversations, expressing feelings, and being understood by peers and adults.
Therapy is playful, purposeful, and personalized, helping children feel heard and understood wherever they go.

From morning routines to playground adventures, our OTs help children build comfort, confidence, and coordination — so daily life feels easier for everyone.
Occupational therapy supports skills like dressing, eating, handwriting, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. We help children feel more comfortable in their bodies, more regulated in their emotions, and more confident navigating everyday tasks at home, school, and play.

Our therapists help kids understand emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating friendships, school, and daily life.
Through age-appropriate, evidence-informed therapy, children learn how to name feelings, manage anxiety, handle frustration, and build emotional resilience.
We support the whole child, helping them feel calmer, more confident, and more capable in the moments that matter most.
At Gracent, your child's ABA, speech, and occupational therapists don't work in silos — they work side by side, on one plan.
Identifies the patterns behind behavior and builds a plan to support communication, regulation, and learning.
Provides the words, gestures, or tools to express feelings, needs, and ideas.
Supports regulation, motor skills, and sensory needs so their body feels calm, capable, and ready to try again.
And one day, you'll see it: a smooth transition, the right words, or proudly doing something that once felt out of reach. That's not a single moment, it's the result of connected care, designed for your child.

Sienna families reach us at our Missouri City center. Therapy only works if you can get there three afternoons a week, every week, so we would rather talk the drive through up front than have it fall apart in month two.
Most Sienna families are zoned to Fort Bend ISD, and we coordinate with them directly on goals and evaluations so what happens in therapy matches what happens in the classroom.
Anderson Springs, Steep Bank Village, Shipman's Landing, Waters Lake and Sawmill Lake - those are the Sienna-area communities we work with most. We aim at real-world participation: the birthday party, the grocery trip, the first day in a new class.

Under 3, the statewide route is ECI (Early Childhood Intervention) - a developmental evaluation, then services at little or no cost. On your child's third birthday that responsibility passes to Fort Bend ISD. Neither has to be finished before you call us; most Sienna families start privately alongside it.
From about 18 months up through the school years. Our youngest clients are toddlers, where starting early changes the most, and we continue with children and teens as their goals change.
We accept most major insurance plans and will run a benefits check with you before your child starts, so you have a clear picture of coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before day one.

Two things. Plans are shaped by your child's strengths and assent, not by a fixed hour count, and the disciplines actually coordinate, so progress in one shows up in the others.
That depends on your plan, which is why we check it first. We accept most major Texas plans, and our Missouri City team will walk you through coverage, co-pays and anything not covered before your child's first session.

Yes — early ABA is one of the things we do best. We welcome children as young as 18 months, and starting early helps skills carry into preschool, kindergarten, and everyday family life. Every plan is paced for a young child.
For ABA, most Texas insurance plans do require an autism diagnosis first. Speech and occupational therapy usually do not. If you are still waiting on an evaluation, call 281-374-1847 and we will tell you what can start now and what has to wait.
