Most children in Memorial are zoned to Spring Branch ISD, and in Texas developmental services pass from ECI to the school district at age 3. Our Missouri City center helps families through that handover, and can start ABA, speech or occupational therapy before it is settled.

Our BCBAs follow your child's lead, building communication, social and daily-living skills through the games and routines they already love. For Memorial that happens at our Missouri City center, alongside speech and occupational therapy on the same plan.

Our speech-language pathologists support children at every stage of communication, from first words to clearer speech, stronger understanding, and more confident expression.
We focus on skills that show up in real life — asking for help, joining conversations, expressing feelings, and being understood by peers and adults.
Therapy is playful, purposeful, and personalized, helping children feel heard and understood wherever they go.

From morning routines to playground adventures, our OTs help children build comfort, confidence, and coordination — so daily life feels easier for everyone.
Occupational therapy supports skills like dressing, eating, handwriting, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. We help children feel more comfortable in their bodies, more regulated in their emotions, and more confident navigating everyday tasks at home, school, and play.

Our therapists help kids understand emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating friendships, school, and daily life.
Through age-appropriate, evidence-informed therapy, children learn how to name feelings, manage anxiety, handle frustration, and build emotional resilience.
We support the whole child, helping them feel calmer, more confident, and more capable in the moments that matter most.
At Gracent, your child's ABA, speech, and occupational therapists don't work in silos — they work side by side, on one plan.
Identifies the patterns behind behavior and builds a plan to support communication, regulation, and learning.
Provides the words, gestures, or tools to express feelings, needs, and ideas.
Supports regulation, motor skills, and sensory needs so their body feels calm, capable, and ready to try again.
And one day, you'll see it: a smooth transition, the right words, or proudly doing something that once felt out of reach. That's not a single moment, it's the result of connected care, designed for your child.

Families travel to our Missouri City center from across Memorial and the surrounding area. We talk through timing and traffic before anything is booked, because a schedule that looks fine on paper still has to survive a school run.
Spring Branch ISD serves most of Memorial. We line our goals and our language up with the school team's, so your child is not being asked to do two different things in two different rooms.
We see families from Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point and the surrounding Memorial Villages. The skills we work on are the ones that show up in those places - regulating in a busy room, joining in with other children, ordering for themselves on a Saturday outing. Therapy that travels off the mat and into their actual life.

The short answer is our Missouri City center, 4722 Riverstone Blvd, Missouri City, TX 77459. Memorial families make that drive for ABA therapy for autism plus speech and occupational therapy under one plan. Call 281-374-1847 and we will tell you honestly whether the distance works for your family.
Start with ECI (Early Childhood Intervention) - it is the Texas program for children under 3 and it is free or low-cost. Spring Branch ISD takes over at age 3 for most of Memorial. You are also free to begin privately at any point, and we will check your insurance before anything is scheduled.
Toddlers through teens. We welcome children from around 18 months, and families from Memorial often come to us first for early support and stay as their child's needs shift.
We accept most major insurance plans and will run a benefits check with you before your child starts, so you have a clear picture of coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before day one.
Across Memorial and nearby Harris County, that includes Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point and the surrounding Memorial Villages. Our Missouri City center is the location those families use. If the drive is borderline for you, say so when you call 281-374-1847 and we will help you weigh it.
We build care around the child rather than the service line. ABA, speech and occupational therapy at our Missouri City center share one plan and one set of goals, and our school-readiness program connects that work to the classroom.
Most Texas plans fund ABA for children with an autism diagnosis. We verify your specific benefits before day one and tell you plainly what is covered and what is not. Call 281-374-1847 and we can start that check.
A conversation first, not paperwork. We ask about your child, run a benefits check, then book an assessment at our Missouri City center. You will know the cost and the schedule before you decide.
Yes — early ABA is one of the things we do best. We welcome children as young as 18 months, and starting early helps skills carry into preschool, kindergarten, and everyday family life. Every plan is paced for a young child.
Often yes, in part. Texas plans typically require an autism diagnosis to fund ABA, but speech and occupational therapy do not carry the same requirement, so many Memorial families start there while the evaluation is in progress.
