ABA here is play-led and neuroaffirming - built on what your child already enjoys, with goals set by their strengths rather than a fixed hour count. Houston families attend at our Missouri City center.

Our speech-language pathologists support children at every stage of communication, from first words to clearer speech, stronger understanding, and more confident expression.
We focus on skills that show up in real life — asking for help, joining conversations, expressing feelings, and being understood by peers and adults.
Therapy is playful, purposeful, and personalized, helping children feel heard and understood wherever they go.

From morning routines to playground adventures, our OTs help children build comfort, confidence, and coordination — so daily life feels easier for everyone.
Occupational therapy supports skills like dressing, eating, handwriting, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. We help children feel more comfortable in their bodies, more regulated in their emotions, and more confident navigating everyday tasks at home, school, and play.

Our therapists help kids understand emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating friendships, school, and daily life.
Through age-appropriate, evidence-informed therapy, children learn how to name feelings, manage anxiety, handle frustration, and build emotional resilience.
We support the whole child, helping them feel calmer, more confident, and more capable in the moments that matter most.
At Gracent, your child's ABA, speech, and occupational therapists don't work in silos — they work side by side, on one plan.
Identifies the patterns behind behavior and builds a plan to support communication, regulation, and learning.

And one day, you'll see it: a smooth transition, the right words, or proudly doing something that once felt out of reach. That's not a single moment, it's the result of connected care, designed for your child.

Our Missouri City center is the closest Gracent center for southwest Houston families. Typical drives: about 20 minutes from Brays Oaks, 22 from Sharpstown and Westchase via I-69, 24 from Meyerland via Highway 90A, 25 from Alief, and 28 from Bellaire. From downtown or north of I-10, plan on 35 minutes or more, so tell us where you're coming from and we'll help you find times that work.
Depending on where you live in southwest Houston, your child may be zoned to Houston ISD, Alief ISD, or Fort Bend ISD. We coordinate with whichever district your child attends on IEP goals and evaluations, so what happens in therapy matches what happens in the classroom.
Children come to us from Meyerland, Brays Oaks, Sharpstown, Westchase, Alief and Bellaire. What we target is what their week actually asks of them: managing a noisy classroom, taking a turn, handling a change of plan. Skills that hold up outside the therapy room.

Houston is served by our Missouri City location at 4722 Riverstone Blvd, Missouri City, TX 77459. Alongside ABA therapy for autism we offer speech therapy, occupational therapy and a half-day school-readiness program. Reach the team on 281-374-1847.
You can start with us privately at any age, with or without other services in place. Many families also use ECI (Texas's program for children under 3) or their school district after age 3, and we're happy to work alongside them. We'll check your insurance before anything is scheduled.
Toddlers through teens. We welcome children from around 18 months, and families from Houston often come to us first for early support and stay as their child's needs shift.
We accept most major insurance plans and will run a benefits check with you before your child starts, so you have a clear picture of coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before day one.
Most of our Houston families live in the southwest: Meyerland, Brays Oaks, Sharpstown, Westchase, Alief and Bellaire, all about 20 to 30 minutes from our Missouri City center. If you're farther out, call 281-374-1847 and we'll talk honestly about whether the drive fits your week.
One team, one plan. Your child's ABA, speech and occupational therapists work together and share a single plan, so you are not left coordinating disconnected providers. Every plan is built around your child, never a set number of hours to fill.
For most families, ABA therapy is covered by insurance. At our Missouri City center we accept Aetna, BCBS of Texas, TRICARE, UnitedHealthcare, and United Behavioral Health, and we verify your benefits before your child starts, so you know your coverage, co-pays and any out-of-pocket cost up front.
One phone call to 281-374-1847 starts it. We run an insurance benefits check, book an assessment, and talk through what a realistic schedule looks like from Houston before anything is committed.
Yes — early ABA is one of the things we do best. We welcome children as young as 18 months, and starting early helps skills carry into preschool, kindergarten, and everyday family life. Every plan is paced for a young child.
ABA coverage in Texas is normally tied to a diagnosis, so that piece usually has to come first. Speech and occupational therapy are a different matter and can often begin straight away at our Missouri City center.
