Most children in Brookside Village are zoned to Pearland ISD, and in Texas developmental services pass from ECI to the school district at age 3. Our Missouri City center helps families through that handover, and can start ABA, speech or occupational therapy before it is settled.

Great ABA is playful, connected and shaped by your child's voice. Our clinicians collaborate across disciplines and tailor every goal to your child's strengths, so sessions feel engaging rather than drilled. Children from Brookside Village are seen at our Missouri City center.

Our speech-language pathologists support children at every stage of communication, from first words to clearer speech, stronger understanding, and more confident expression.
We focus on skills that show up in real life — asking for help, joining conversations, expressing feelings, and being understood by peers and adults.
Therapy is playful, purposeful, and personalized, helping children feel heard and understood wherever they go.

From morning routines to playground adventures, our OTs help children build comfort, confidence, and coordination — so daily life feels easier for everyone.
Occupational therapy supports skills like dressing, eating, handwriting, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. We help children feel more comfortable in their bodies, more regulated in their emotions, and more confident navigating everyday tasks at home, school, and play.

Our therapists help kids understand emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating friendships, school, and daily life.
Through age-appropriate, evidence-informed therapy, children learn how to name feelings, manage anxiety, handle frustration, and build emotional resilience.
We support the whole child, helping them feel calmer, more confident, and more capable in the moments that matter most.
At Gracent, your child's ABA, speech, and occupational therapists don't work in silos — they work side by side, on one plan.
Identifies the patterns behind behavior and builds a plan to support communication, regulation, and learning.
Provides the words, gestures, or tools to express feelings, needs, and ideas.
Supports regulation, motor skills, and sensory needs so their body feels calm, capable, and ready to try again.
And one day, you'll see it: a smooth transition, the right words, or proudly doing something that once felt out of reach. That's not a single moment, it's the result of connected care, designed for your child.

Families travel to our Missouri City center from across Brookside Village and the surrounding area. We talk through timing and traffic before anything is booked, because a schedule that looks fine on paper still has to survive a school run.
We work with the schools your children actually attend. For most of Brookside Village that means Pearland ISD - coordinating on IEP goals, evaluations, and the language that shows up in your child's school day, not generic recommendations.
Children come to us from the neighboring Pearland, Manvel and Alvin communities. What we target is what their week actually asks of them: managing a noisy classroom, taking a turn, handling a change of plan. Skills that hold up outside the therapy room.

We build care around the child rather than the service line. ABA, speech and occupational therapy at our Missouri City center share one plan and one set of goals, and our school-readiness program connects that work to the classroom.
That depends on your plan, which is why we check it first. We accept most major Texas plans, and our Missouri City team will walk you through coverage, co-pays and anything not covered before your child's first session.

Yes — early ABA is one of the things we do best. We welcome children as young as 18 months, and starting early helps skills carry into preschool, kindergarten, and everyday family life. Every plan is paced for a young child.
Often yes, in part. Texas plans typically require an autism diagnosis to fund ABA, but speech and occupational therapy do not carry the same requirement, so many Brookside Village families start there while the evaluation is in progress.
